We adhere to strict quality control procedures. However, every so rarely, an occasional item may manage to slip through the QC process, and therefore must be returned or exchanged. For any product that needs to be returned or exchanged due to a fault, we must be notified within 3 days of receipt of the product. Please contact us at email@example.com, mentioning your order#, and we will provide you with the necessary information to process your return or exchange.
Products need to be returned as they were received- unused, and packed in perfect condition with all swing tags attached, along with the receipt of purchase and within 7 working days from the date of receipt.
Our normal return policy mayn’t apply to goods bought during sale or at already discounted prices.
